The mini-tournament, Shanghai Masters 2023, ended with Invictus Gaming defeating Team Aster in the final. The series ended 2-1, and Invictus Gaming's new roster could win their first tournament together.
However, we wouldn’t say it’s the best title to win, as the tournament only lasted one day and had a total of three matches because only four teams participated in it.
In the Semifinals, Team Aster defeated Team Zero, while Invictus Gaming took out Team Eagle. The remaining teams met in the finals. Aster could take the first map after a close game, but IG stomped the next two games to win the event.
Overall, it was a short and fun tournament, but only a warmup for ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, where IG participates.
